Are you looking for the most authentic deluxe Absinthe? Absinthe Epoque is distilled after a classic composition of 12 herbs, including wormwood, green anise, fennel and calamus, reflecting the authenticity of the Absinthe heritage.

 

Absinthe Maison ALANDIA is distilled with 16 different herbs, including artemisia absinthium, pontica, green anise, veronica, angelica, fennel, vanilla and coriander. Besides the complexity of the recipe, a strong focus was put into the process of distillation.

Absinthe Vieux Pontarlier is an Absinthe Verte from France. This Absinthe won the Double Gold Medal, Best in Class, on the San Francisco Spirits Competition 2008.

 

The recipe of this Absinthe is primarily based on a traditional herbal composition, including green anise, fennel and of course wormwood. The special note is achieved through some extraordinary ingredients like gentian and thistle. To give Absinthe République its premium quality and extra fine taste it is three times distilled. 

 

Moulin Vert is a distilled green French Absinthe. No artificial additives are used and the alcohol level is set at classic 68%. The taste is herbal with notes of cognac and dark chocolate.

 

This is a new green Absinthe from Pontarlier made by the Emile Pernot distillery. It is distilled with wine alcohol and was stored 8 months in tanks to acquire a very smooth taste. It louches beautifully, in our opinion a "must try" Absinthe.

 

Absinthe Doubs Mystique is not an historical-recreation Absinthe. It's a modern Absinthe, to please the modern palate, although one that pays homage to the recipes and methods of the past.

 

Absinthe Libertine Amer represents what many Absintheurs are looking for. This Absinthe is distilled in the historical region of Fougerolles in France. It has a smooth taste, no sugar is added and it belongs in the category of bitter spirits, which stands for a triple amount of wormwood.
