For brands with an alcohol degree of 50% the French ritual suits the best. You place the sugar cube on the spoon and melt it with a small stream of water, most traditional out of a fountain. |

For brands with an alcohol degree of up to 68% the Czech and the French ritual is possible. You place the sugar cube on the spoon, douse it with absinthe and light it up. The sugar caramelizes and drips into the Green Fairy. |

For brands with an alcohol degree of up to 89% the czech ritual suits the best. The high alcohol lets the sugar cube burn like hell. Watch out for flammable objects nearby... |
