It wasn't uncommom to have a 20 minute wait to get in. Chef Payton Curry just decided it was time to move on to a new challenge. He'll be taking over as Head Chef at The Boa Cafe in Tempe, Az. I'll definately have to visit there soon, although I don't believe thay serve absinthe. Maybe I can get them to change that. Actually, I believe it was doing quite well.
