At this years International Wine and Spirits Competition  La Maison Fontaine Absinthe took the Best in Class Gold Medal. It is a typical La Bleue Absinthe, but it is distilled in France, not Switzerland. It has a very fresh and crisp taste. 15 herbs are used for distillation. The producers recommend to try this Absinthe as well the “cucumber” way.
