    I recommend Strong68, it is quite bitter but effective. A good one is as well Epoque, but it is quite pricy.

    They have several of my favorites here. They are – Epoque, Moulin Vert, Clandestine 53 or the 72 version, and the Amer 72. I think you would be happy with any of these.

    Jack: are you the guy with the vanity plate ABSINTHE? Do you know about a dinner being offered with all absinthe drinks?

    Sadie – Yes, that’s the plate on my car. You must live in Scottsdale. There’s a resturant, Digestif, in Scottsdale that will have Ted Breaux as guest a big absinthe dinner on Sept. 28th. Hope to see you there!

    Hey there Hogg! I’ve been drinking absinthe for a number of years and sort of fell into Alandia’s website. So not knowing what kind of absinthe to drink, I started reading the reviews. Well, I started reading Jack’s recommendations and buying based on his reviews. This guy knows his stuff! I definitely would follow his advise! He’s never recommended any absinthe that I didn’t like!

    Hi, I stumbled across this site this morning. I have many varied experiences with absinthe and I am glad to see many more absinthes hitting the market in the US.

    How did the dinner go on the weekend? I saw it advertised last week, pity I don’t live in AZ.
