After clicking the link in the registration email you can setup your profile. You can fill in some personal data if you like as well as some contact details like IM-IDs and your website. You may want to change your password since the one you received during registration might be a little bit hard to remember. Give your posts a face and upload a photo of you, which can be done on the bottom of the Profile. All changes will be effective after clicking UPDATE PROFILE on the end of the Profile-page.
